- Bhindi – 1 kilo
- Chaat Masala – 1 chammach
- Lal Mirch Powder – ½ chammach
- Nimbu ka Ras – 1 chammach
- Kali Mirch – ½ chammach
- Namak – Swadanusaar
- Tel – Bhindi fry karne ke liye
Ghar par Fry Bhindi Kaise Banaye – Fry Bhindi Recipe in Hindi:
- Fry Bhindi banane ke liye, Bhindi ko achhe se dho kar saaf karke sukha lein.
- Har Bhindi ko lambai mein 3 se 4 lambay pieces mein kaat lein.
- Ab ek kadai mein tel garam karne rakhein. Tel garam hone par kadai mein Bhindi daal kar madhyam aanch par shallow fry karein.
- Bhindi ko beech beech mein chalate rahein aur madhyam aanch par hi crispy hone de. Bhindi crispy hone par gas band kar dein.
- Fried Bhindi ko ek bowl mein daal kar upar se namak, kali mirch powder, chaat masala, nimbu ka ras, aur lal mirch daal kar mix karein.
